What if my plant arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging and shipping your plants, but if your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancel. Once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible and we would need to do a return.

How do I care for my plant?

Each plant listing includes basic care instructions. We also offer detailed plant care advice on our website and social media pages. If you’re ever unsure about how to care for your new plant, feel free to contact us or join our plant community groups for advice and tips.

Are your plants safe for pets?

Some plants may be toxic to pets. We encourage you to check the product description for any warnings about toxicity or reach out to us if you’re unsure. For a pet-friendly home, we recommend plants such as Calatheas, Boston Ferns, and Parlour Palms.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes, we offer a gift-wrapping service as well as the option to include a personalised message with your order. Just let us know at checkout if your purchase is a gift, and we’ll make sure it’s wrapped and presented beautifully.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We offer nationwide delivery with fully tracked and insured postage. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping options!

How do you ship your plants?

We carefully pack each plant to ensure it arrives at your home in great condition. Our packaging includes sustainable materials and sufficient padding to protect the plant during transit. We use fully tracked and insured delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely.

What if I can't find the plant I’m looking for?

If you’re looking for a specific plant that’s not listed, don’t hesitate to reach out! We can often source rare and hard-to-find plants through our network of top suppliers. Let us know what you’re after, and we’ll do our best to help you find it.

What are your delivery fees?

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We also offer free local collection from Baddeley Green, Alsager or local deliery within Staffordshire & Cheshire areas.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, so you can follow your plant’s journey to your doorstep. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

If you’re not home to receive your order, our delivery partners will either leave the package in a safe place or attempt redelivery. If you miss your delivery, you will be provided with instructions on how to rearrange it.

What should I do when my plant arrives?

We recommend unpacking your plant as soon as it arrives to let it acclimate to its new environment. Ensure it’s placed in a suitable spot with the right light and water conditions. If your plant looks stressed from its journey, give it a little time to recover, and it should perk up quickly.

    Each plant is inspected for health and quality, then wrapped in eco friendly protective packaging to ensure it is safe and protected whilst in transit.

  • Shipping

    Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked and Insured 24 or 48 hour delivery. You’ll receive tracking details once available.
